Newlife(Magplus)'s Rolled magnetic material, also known as flexible magnetic sheet or strip, is a versatile and practical product that combines permanent magnetic properties with the flexibility of rubber. This material is a flexible, permanently magnetized composite. It is manufactured by mixing high-quality ferrite magnetic powder with a synthetic rubber or plastic binder, such as CPE or NBR . This unique composition provides a durable yet pliable material that can be easily manipulated without damaging its magnetic properties.
The product is typically supplied in roll form, with varying lengths and widths available to suit different project scales . Standard production widths can reach up to 1.5 meters, and thicknesses can range from as thin as 0.3mm to 10mm . One side of the material is magnetized with multiple poles, while the other is often left plain or can be laminated with a PVC sheet or a self-adhesive tape for easy installation.
