Manufacturing Process of Magnetic Rubber Materials

Magnetic adhesive is an adhesive material composed of magnetic material powder bonded with polymer additives; it exhibits excellent flexibility and self-adhesive properties. The production process involves the following steps:

Material Pre-treatment: Polymer additives are incorporated into the magnetic material powder and mixed thoroughly to create a pre-treated mixture.

Adhesive Preparation: Adhesive raw materials (such as acrylates) are added to the pre-treated mixture; the blend undergoes processes such as mixing and heating to form the adhesive.

Hardener Addition: A hardener is added to the adhesive to adjust its viscosity and enhance the mechanical strength and durability of the final magnetic adhesive product.

Coating or Calendering: The prepared magnetic adhesive material is processed into magnetic adhesive products of various specifications and dimensions using either coating or calendering techniques.
