Characteristics and Applications of Magnetic Iron Sheets
Ferromagnetic sheets are an important material used in electronics manufacturing. Their main components are elements such as iron, silicon, and aluminum. Ferromagnetic sheets not only possess magnetism but also good electrical conductivity and mechanical strength, making them widely used in motors, electronic components, and sensors.
Specifically, ferromagnetic sheets can be divided into two categories: non-oriented and oriented. Non-oriented ferromagnetic sheets are formed due to the random arrangement of magnetic particles during the manufacturing process, while oriented ferromagnetic sheets are formed by adjusting the direction of the magnetic field during manufacturing. Although their magnetic properties differ, both possess advantages such as good electrical conductivity, high mechanical strength, and wear resistance.
Ferromagnetic sheets are widely used in the electronics manufacturing field, commonly used to make inductors, sensors, and magnetic heads. In addition, ferromagnetic sheets can also be used in automobiles, electric bicycles, hydraulic systems, and wind turbine power generation.
